Five programs to train movements
This 45-minute small-group personal training program factorizes the physical fitness elements necessary for all people and condenses them into five programs. If you can handle your body as you wish, your sense of living will be more vivid. Every body has its own abilities and challenges. We personalize each session with a carefully designed program to draw out and guide you through them.

*Admission fee of 16,500 yen will be charged.
*The admission fee, first month's membership fee (pro-rated daily), and the following month's membership fee will be deducted at the time of the enrollment process.
After that, the membership fee for the following month will be charged to the registered credit card on the 20th of every previous month.
*The deadline for status changes is the 15th of the previous month, and the deadline for card changes is the 19th of the previous month.

STEP 1
Class Selection
First, select the studio and class you wish to take!
Select your preferred studio and class from the calendar and click "Request a Trial Reservation".
STEP 2
Input various information
Select the Trial Ticket of your choice, enter your information and payment method, check that the information entered is correct, and click ""Reserve with the above information!
STEP 3
Reservation Confirmation
Once your reservation is completed,
you will receive a reservation completion e-mail to the e-mail address you registered on the customer information input screen.
Please reconfirm the store, date and time of your reservation.
*You can also confirm your reservation from the "Reservation History" on the reservation site. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 minutes before the class starts.
STEP 4
Day of the event
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts and give your name at the reception desk.
After check-in is complete, please change into your clothes in the locker room.
・Face towels and bath towels are available for rent free of charge.
・Rental clothes are available for 550 yen each for the top and bottom.
・Mineral water is available for 200 yen per bottle.
・For those who bring their own water bottles, a water server is available for free use.
STEP 5
Participation in the program
The program will last 45 minutes.
There is no program exclusively for those who experience the program, and you will get to know GRIT NATION as you normally do. The intensity and content varies greatly from program to program, so please participate in the program that interests you.
All programs start with a careful and physical warm-up to regain your body's function.

You may come for an initial trial only,
but we hope you will take the time to join us as we offer special benefits for enrolling on the same day of the trial.

FAQ
For First Time Users
Q Is there a limit to the number of people who can do a trial?
A In order to ensure proper communication during the session, we limit the number of participants to 3 in principle. If you would like a trial with more than 4 people, please contact us through our official line.
Q Is there a specified class that can be trialed?
A Classes marked in yellowish green in the upper right corner of the class schedule are available for trial. If you would like to try other classes, please contact us through the official LINE.
Class Participation
Q What kind of clothing should I wear?
A Please wear sportswear that is easy to move around in. Tank tops, leggings, shorts, T-shirts, etc. are fine. Since the doors are currently open for ventilation, please bring long sleeves if you are concerned about the cold.
Q Is there anything I need to bring?
A Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink.
Q Can I leave class early?
A Your coach will prepare a 45-minute program, so we hope you will be able to participate as much as possible until the end of the program. In the event that this is unavoidable, the number of plan reservations and tickets will be charged as one time, regardless of the time of participation.
Q Can I join a class in the middle of a class?
A The warm-up at the beginning of class is an important time for injury prevention and performance improvement. We encourage you to participate from the beginning of class whenever possible. If you have no choice but to join the class in the middle, please warm up at your own risk. Please note that regardless of the time you participate in a class, the number of times you reserve a class and your ticket will be counted as one class.
Q Do I need shoes?
A Although there is no specific rule, GRIT NATION encourages barefoot participation, as we place importance on restoring the body's natural functions. However, in LINK, GRIND, and FORCE, where there is a lot of quick movement and jumps and other power exercises, wearing shoes can help prevent injuries. If you are concerned about your feet, please bring your own shoes.
Q Is it necessary to wear a mask?
A We leave this to the discretion of the individual.
Q How many students are in a class?
A The number of participants is 8 to 10.
About Fees
Q When is the monthly debit date?
A The membership fee for the following month will be deducted on the 20th of the previous month. Your registered credit card will be charged on the day of the debit.

Q I don't know my Crewship, where can I find it?
A After logging in to MY PAGE, you can check your plan contract status. You can also inquire at our stores or through our official LINE.
Q What is the procedure for changing Crewship?
A Please inquire at the store or through the official LINE. When upgrading, you can choose to have the upgrade applied immediately or from the following month. For downgrades, applications must be submitted by the 15th of the previous month to be applied from the following month. In the case of enrollment in a campaign, conditions may differ, so please contact us for details.
Q Can I change my registered credit card?
A After logging in to MY PAGE, please change the credit card settings by yourself from "Credit Card Settings".
How to use the studio
Q When is the reservation deadline?
A Up to 15 minutes before the class starts.
Q When is the deadline to cancel a reservation?
A Up to 30 minutes before the class starts. Cancellations made after that time will result in the loss of the number of reservations and one ticket.
Other
Q Do you sell water?
A 500ml mineral water is available for purchase. *Water servers are available for those who can bring their own water bottles, etc. Please feel free to use them.
Q When will the URL for the online class be distributed?
A A Zoom URL will be automatically sent to your registered email address approximately 10 minutes before the class starts.
